Size exchanges

We want you to feel comfortable in your Oliaura purchase. If you need a different size, please request a size exchange within 15 days of delivery. One size exchange is available per order, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• The garment must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
• The garment must be in its original condition, without damage caused after delivery.
• Sale or discounted items and custom-altered garments are not eligible for a size exchange.

How to request a size exchange

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9686514674 within 15 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, the item and the size you would like.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility, the requested size availability and the shipping instructions before you send the garment.
3. Pack the approved item securely with its tags intact. Keep the courier details until your exchange is complete.
4. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a condition check, our team will confirm the exchange and dispatch details.

Our exchange service covers size changes only, rather than refunds or exchanges for a different style. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help with the issue.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact our 24/7 support team with your order number, the item name and a short description of the problem. Clear photos of the item, the affected area and its packaging can help us understand what happened. Please keep the item and packaging while we check the issue.

Our team will review the details and confirm the next steps with you. This is handled separately from an ordinary size-exchange request. Please wait for our instructions before sending an item.

Size availability and international orders

We confirm the requested replacement size and exchange instructions with you before an item is sent. If you need an update on an exchange, message us with your order number.

International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return or exchange. See our Shipping and Delivery policy for international shipping information.
