Size exchanges
We want you to feel comfortable in your Oliaura purchase. If you need a different size, please request a size exchange within 15 days of delivery. One size exchange is available per order, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility
- The garment must be unused, unwashed and unaltered, with all original tags intact.
- The garment must be in its original condition, without damage caused after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items and custom-altered garments are not eligible for a size exchange.
How to request a size exchange

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9686514674 within 15 days of receiving your order. Share your order number, the item and the size you would like.
- Our team will confirm eligibility, the requested size availability and the shipping instructions before you send the garment.
- Pack the approved item securely with its tags intact. Keep the courier details until your exchange is complete.
- Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a condition check, our team will confirm the exchange and dispatch details.
Our exchange service covers size changes only, rather than refunds or exchanges for a different style. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help with the issue.
